- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 package Cholula® Taco Seasoning Mix Jalapeno Lime
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 package (9 ounces) Romaine lettuce, torn or chopped
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 3/4 cup Mexican crema
- 2 tablespoons Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet. Add shrimp, sauté 1 minute. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Cook and stir 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
- 2 To assemble salad, layer romaine, cooked shrimp, tomato, avocado, Cotija and crushed tortilla chips in serving bowl.
- 3 Mix crema and Green Pepper Hot Sauce in small bowl. Drizzle over salad to serve.
