INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 113 g button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cholula® Original Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsps cold water
- 1 package Ramen noodles, seasoning packet discarded
- 1/4 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 egg, soft boiled and halved
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green green onion, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 2 minutes until fragrant then add mushrooms and paprika. Sauté 5 minutes or until softened. Remove and set aside.
- 2 Add chicken stock to same pan. Bring to boil on high heat. Add soy sauce, Cholula® Original Hot Sauce, vinegar, stirring to mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 Mix corn flour and water in small bowl, add to broth whilst stirring. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened slightly. Add noodles and carrots. Simmer until noodles are tender.
- 4 Transfer mixture to a serving bowl, add the previously cooked mushrooms, soft boiled egg and drizzle with sesame oil and additional Hot Sauce, if desired. Sprinkle with green onion to garnish.
