INGREDIENTS

  • Fajitas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breast, steak, or pork, cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 medium bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup Cholula® Fajita Cooking & Simmer Sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • Optional Toppings
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sliced avocado
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Cholula® Cilantro Lime Cremosa Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir just until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • 2 Add onion and pepper to skillet. Cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes. 
  • 3 Stir in Fajita Cooking Sauce and water. Return chicken to skillet along with veggies. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is slightly thickened and the meat is cooked through.
  • 4 Spoon fajita mixture into tortillas and serve with desired toppings.
