- 3/4 cup Cholula® Taco Topping & Cooking Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 pounds shredded rotisserie chicken

- 1 Heat skillet or non-stick pan on medium heat. Stir in Taco Cooking Sauce and water; simmer 1 – 2 minutes.
- 2 Add chicken, stirring to mix with sauce. Simmer 2 – 3 minutes.
- 3 Spoon chicken into warm tortillas and serve with desired toppings.
- 4 To make ground beef tacos: Brown 2 pounds ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Cooking Sauce and water. Bring to simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally about 2 minutes or until heated through and sauce is slightly thickened. Serve with desired toppings, such as chopped white onion, avocado, crumbled Cotija and chopped cilantro.
