- 675 grams hot steamed white rice
- 450 grams grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 4 tablespoons Cholula® Original Hot Sauce
- 175 grams roasted corn
- 200 grams fresh pico de gallo salsa
- 175 grams black beans
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced or chopped
- 125 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves

- 1 Divide rice among 4 serving bowls. Top evenly with grilled chicken and drizzle with Hot Sauce.
