- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) chopped onion
- 1 medium jalapeno, chopped
- 1 small habanero, chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) crushed red pepper
- 2 cups (500 milliliters) Cholula® Original Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) water
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) sugar
- 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) tomato paste
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) molasses

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat the oil in a heavy bottom saucepan on medium heat. Sauté onion, jalapeño, habanero and crushed red pepper 5 minutes, stirring frequently
- 2 Add Cholula Original Hot Sauce, buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce and water; mix well. Bring to simmer. Add sugar, tomato paste and mollasses, strring to mix.
- 3 Simmer 15 minutes then strain. Cool. Great for chicken wings, grilled chicken or shrimp skewers.
