INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) oil
- 1 pound (500 grams) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 package Cholula® Flavoured Seasoning Mix Jalapeño Lime Taco Hot
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) water
- 1 package (9 ounces/255 grams) Romaine lettuce, torn or chopped
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) crumbled Cotija cheese
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) crushed tortillas chips
- 3/4 cup (175 milliliters) Mexican crema
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet. Add shrimp, sauté 1 minute. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Cook and stir 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
- 2 To assemble salad, layer romaine, cooked shrimp, tomato, avocado, Cotija and crushed tortilla chips in serving bowl.

Mix crema and Green Pepper Hot Sauce in small bowl. Drizzle over salad to serve.
