- ½ cup (125 mL) Cholula® Chipotle Hot Sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp (30 mL) agave nectar
- 700 g boneless pork loin, cut into 1 ½-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 medium red capsicum, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 medium green capsicum, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 medium yellow capsicum, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 8 white button mushrooms, cut in half
- Salt, to taste
- Black cracked pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Chipotle Hot Sauce and agave nectar in a small bowl; set aside. Heat grill over MEDIUM-HIGH heat.
- 2 Alternating, thread pork and veggies onto metal skewers. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Brush skewers with some of the Hot Sauce mixture.
- 3 Grill skewers until pork is cooked through and veggies are tender (about 10-12 minutes or when internal temperature is 70°C), turning and brushing with Hot Sauce mixture every 2-3 minutes .

Serve with additional Chipotle Hot Sauce for dipping.
• Swap pork for another protein of your liking. Try chicken thighs or chunks of beef!
