- 4 cups hot steamed white rice
- 500 g grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Cholula® Original Hot Sauce
- 1 cup roasted/ cooked corn kernals
- 1 cup Pico De Gallo salsa
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 ripe avocado, stone removed, peeled, pitted and sliced or chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

- 1 Divide rice among 4 serving bowls. Top evenly with grilled chicken and drizzle with Hot Sauce.

Layer each bowl evenly with corn, Pico de Gallo, black beans, avocado and cheese. Add additional Hot Sauce, if desired. Garnish with coriander leaves.
